The IUSA Virtual Video Interview is a web based tool that you can use either from the IUSA site or add as a module to your existing site / system*.   You can use our bank of existing interview questions or create your own.  Additional information such as the resume, letters of reference, transcripts, employment history, and assessment scores etc.  can be collected.  Store notes, rankings and candidate status (hired, regret, under consideration, favorites etc) and share this information with other members of your team across the world or across the aisle.  The Virtual Video Interview system is highly configurable to match your unique workflow and also has an Island Mode the system can operate without an internet connection (great for job fairs and other instances where internet connection is low or unavailable).
