So you want to use Virtual Interviews but how do you fit this into your process?

First, consider using a phased approach to incorporating Virtual Interviews.  This makes it easier for the rest of your team to get on board and once they enjoy the benefits, there will be no turning back.

We suggest you follow your existing process to determine who you would normally bring in for a face-to-face interview.  Then, instead of bringing a candidate in for a conventional face to face interview, simply email them a link to their virtual interview.  After they have taken the Virtual Interview (which you did not have to take any time to do), you can view the first few minutes of the interview.  If you like the interview, mark them as “under consideration” and click to the next interview.  In minutes you will have a short list of favorites that took you a fraction of the time of a single face to face interview and you will have also identified the ones that you do not wish to pursue.  Invite this short list for a face-to-face and make the job offer to your strongest candidate.  You will save hours in finding your next great hire!
